Then you'll love this super simple recipe for Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats.

It's a creamy, delicious and nourishing option for breakfast.

It gets two thumbs up from this dietitian: it's packed with protein and filled with fibre for long-lasting breakfast energy to power you through a busy morning. It's tasty on it's own, but also fantastic with blueberries and a nut-filled granola or muesli (for crunch!)

Make a double batch so you'll have breakfast ready for grab-n-go!

Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

1/2 cup plain, whole fat Greek Yogurt 1/4 cup kefir 1/4 cup large flake oats 2 tbsp canned pumpkin (plain) 1 tsp chia seeds 1 tsp maple syrup (optional) 1/4 tsp cinnamon Pinch each ground ginger, nutmeg

How to Make

Mix all ingredients together. Add to small reusable container. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Devour!
