Chocolate Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

Shannon Crocker MSc RD

If you love peanut butter and chocolate, then get ready ‘cause you will LOVE this dip.

I make it when I want a snack that will satisfy my sweet craving in a healthy-ish way. It pairs perfectly with apples, pears, strawberries, bananas – whatever fruit floats your boat.

And yeah, it’s superb as a fruit dip, but I bet you will eat it right off the spoon. It’s THAT good.

It’s made with Greek yogurt, which has double the protein of regular yogurt, and natural peanut butter for more protein and some healthy fats. Combine that with the fibre from the fruit, and you’ve got one helluva hunger-curbing snack that powers you with long lasting energy.

Crave healthy my friends.

Vibrantly Yours,

Shannon
